My initial thoughts was maybe the guy was armed and shot while they were beating him. I mean, it isn't like conceal carrying is unconstitutional or something, precisely the opposite I am told, and when a half a dozen people start beating you for no discernable reason... OTOH, what I have been assuming was a baton that the one guy on the left hits the victim with might not have been a baton, but a rifle. One that went off when used as a baton. And, like at Kent State, once one person fired, others joined in.

I believe ICE will stay in MN and shoot innocent people until... - army troops moved to MN - police or MN National Guard will try to protect the people - as soon as police fights ICE or NG fights army - that's it - trap is closed. - Trump's plan is in motion. Martial law - elections are cancelled, Hail to the King. So far everything goes according to plan.
