Buster and all:

I just received a call from Michelle who advised that there will be a conference call today at 415 PM EST. IRA will discuss the 11 cents EPS. She also asked if I had any questions for Ira to call before the conference call so that Ira could address them.

This call came in unsolicited and was share holder friendly. SO if any one has a question to ask now is the time to give her a call.

According to an email response from Mr. Monas, Firamada currently has only one line of credit. The stock buyback is ongoing and will continue until the board of directors is satisfied that the 4MM shares are purchased. The repurchase is NOT being financed from the credit line arrangement.
