Bill, If they disarmed him, then shot him, they will be convicted. I will bet you a steak dinner at a fine SF Bay Area restaurant that they won't spend any significant time in jail for what they did. I'll even bet you a $10 Starbucks gift card that the agents involved won't even be indicted. No grand jury and no thorough investigation.
