"maintain" - a diplomatic way of saying: "get rid of that dog"
P.S. it shouldn't take an attorney more than 20 minutes to fugure out if the inventory "shortfall" (I am presuming theft) is covered by insurance. the fact that they have not made an announcement as of yet does not bode well IMO.

Rob,
did any of you guys try to talk to Mr Pino or somebody at the company?
Also, you may want to look at HRSH. Just bookmark it and review it in a few weeks. I traded shares bought at 17.5, sold at 20.5. Cannot complain.
I am glad I sold everything, but now it seems very interesting from a contrarian view.
