The Carney guy started a quick diversification exercise. So far, so good. But using the Davos platform as the megaphone to gain political capital at home was a big mistake.

As you clearly wrote: No country can revert a historic trade relationship in a matter of a couple of years.
An example: the UK trying to revert BREXIT.

When I wrote: Canada need a 180 million people and Australia 150 million to drive their economies up people here in SI laughed.

It will get worse before it gets better.
