Total issued and outstanding as of COB: Feb. 25th, 1998 is are you ready for this! The TA WILL NOT RELEASE THE INFORMATION TO ANYONE WITHOUT WRITTEN DOCUMENTAION FROM AN INVESTOR or POTENTIAL INVESTOR! The TA claims that they will then fax the request to the company who will answer the question and or Signature Stock will respond back to the request. IMHO, my take on NETZ is even stronger towards being a Potential SCAM! BEWARE this information is SUPPOSE to be public information and I have never ever heard of this before. It appears that NETZ and Signature are trying to delay any investors in finding out the true outstanding shares issued! You call up any TA that handles your securities stock transfers, they will give you this over the telephone as it's a matter of public record! Why the delay tactics in revealing PUBLIC INFORMATION!
