Patricia,

I wish I had an answer to that question. But, my guess is at the point the new business they have brought on line become stable. Yes, they have positive earnings for last year but remember, that doesn't include the cigar business. My guess is that in getting this new line of business up and going required a good amount of capital (magazine ads, land in the Dominican Republic to grow and cultivate crops, staffing to handle the new business, etc).

Things are looking strong for the cigar business. They, should we say, planted the seed but now need more nutrients to have it grow to its potential (pretty bad analogy, huh?). Anyway, the point is, when revenues start pouring in from HSN and retailers the need to issue more stock may abate.

I couldn't say if more stock will need to be issued in the future. I just hope they don't try to bite more than they can chew.

Hope this helped a little (more postulation than fact though).

Frank
