Yes, that's another take on this matter.

It sounds like you'd be happier if you weren't invested here or maybe your interest is getting the best price possible at this point time.

A very good point, but:

1) While the lawsuits are a threat on the surface, they are also a testament to Q's strength: they attract these lawsuits because of the dominance and momentum they enjoy in several semi-conductor markets where incumbents frankly fear what would happen should Q be able to field a good solution unopposed.

2) Because they are so IP heavy and dominant there-in, one of the main sources of leverage for negotiating pricing deals and alter general pricing policy for this IP is litigation. Apple is indeed seeing this themselves for their app. store these days as well...
