Penny.. calm down. I think you meant an investor packet. oh btw I have been doing DD on this since Sept 1997 and have made 15 seperate purchases . I believe in this stock as strongly, possibly more, as Black Star , Bob Frey, MattyG, KZAP and all the others. Joe PTG&LI !!! NETZ T0$12+ by December 1997 :)

I think you guys are wrong worrying about the # of shares outstanding. Personally i sunk a big chunk of an inheiritance into this stock yesterday. 40,000 shares at 1.30.......that is a lot for me. To my way off thinking the more shares there are, the more the company is worth, right. Thats why I hope there are at least a 100Million. Then company is worth 3 times as much if there are only 33 Million. If this is the case then is my investment now worth $1.30 times 3 = $3.90 a share x 40,000 = 156,000.00........WOW..........I sure hope thats the case. Hope I did the right thing yesterday. New to investing, so if I'm missing something here, help. I've read a few books on inveting but that was a while back. BOB
