Still thinking
Am weighed down, literally, by physical that cannot be traded
Now at nearly 40%
Big number
Terrifying number
Otoh, have 30% cash
Have 15% HK-listed shares (HKEX and China tech shares)
And, say, round numbers, 15 US-listed almost only miners
Except for RBRK and TTWO
Can simply close out open option position and enjoy the ride
Or, alternatively, closet out the equity positions and enjoy the option ride
Good night in the meantime

it is not a matter of re-entry

it is a matter of existential survival

and where the mines are also matter, besides which exchanges they trade on.

Q: BTW, a question, seems to me I best pull back the mining occupation troops from NYSE and such, including from the gold / silver sectors, and reposition them in Foundation exchanges of same sector, as much as possible. I fear monetary - financial - capital wars and splash damage.

Q: How might such an all-out war look like ?

Q: Am also thinking, lots of domains might just renege on promises made to one sort of investors in favor of another sort, and intermediaries might get a drink of water ?
Q: Australia ought to be safer. Perhaps Canada too ?

Top secret report based on need-to-know

... iow, hint, that at the sorry end, only physical in hand counts, and everything else per historic precedents here there everywhere indicates, go dust to dust

no exceptions

covid, when it first hit, all thought, "oh, doesn't matter, it is on the other side of the planet, and if events really go pear-shape, I have got my plan B, C, D, E, ... Z"

FWIW, S Afrique / Cape Town was never ever on my to-do list

Imagine what would have happened had the Internet be concurrently shut down and on-line fund-transfer stopped; just stopped, with computers useless
