I spoke with CFO Max Langley also. He said they searched
far and wide for news, but their just is none. I believe
the seller is through selling. Apparently, the seller had to
raise cash before the close, otherwise he could have raised
more money by spreading out the sells over a few days. I
suspect someone got a hot tip of some sort, and didn't
care about driving the price down.

I did ask a few technical questions. But Mr. Langley
said that his involvement was in the financial area, and
did not have all of the specific details I was after. But
when asked about customer Intel, he did know that ALL Pentiums
are burnt in with the company's equipment. He says the work
daily with Intel.
