The letter to the shareholders with respect to ARMADA was not supposed to be sent on the ISDN-WIRE news service. This is ridiculous and has resulted in the stock being halted. Somebody better be more careful in the future !!! Some lucky shareholders that had a sell order in place were lucky enough to get filled at $0.43.
This begs the question as to whether there is more to this situation than meets the eye. I hope an investigation reveals any wrongdoing if such exists.

I really don't think there is an exchange in the world that will let you get away with putting a piece of hype like this out as a pressrelease. But it sure did draw attention to them, didn't it.
You would have to wonder whether management is either very stupid, or did it knowing fully well that they would get halted, but thought the attention worth it.
