Some media flamers chasing clicks for dough claimed wrongly. Some Townhall editorialists claimed wrongly that Pretti was legally carrying. Reports are that he had no ID on him which is a requirement to be legally carrying. That's if you believe the reports. I am not an austere 2A scholar.
