While it is theoretically possible to convert unlisted to listed warrants, I have never run into this scenario.

According to Perplexity:

Unlisted Canadian warrants cannot be directly "converted" to listed warrants in a standard, automatic process, as listing requires exchange approval and often involves exchanging old certificates for new ones under a formal indenture.

Exchange ProcessCompanies may propose a listing transaction where holders voluntarily exchange unlisted warrants for new listed warrants, subject to regulatory approval (e.g., TSXV) and minimum participation thresholds like 75 holders. This maintains the warrants' economic terms but enables exchange trading.
