Bill, the videos show enough. They disarmed him just before the first shot was fired.

The only question that remains is whether the victim was going for one of the guns that the agents drew against him. That would be the only circumstance which I could think of that would justify the shooting.

Based on the position of his hands just a split second before the first shot, I really doubt it.

One thing is for sure, however. The credibility of ICE and DHS is completely shot.

So is the credibility of the FBI. Keystone Kash already blamed the victim for bringing a loaded weapon to a protest. He and the agency he runs cannot be trusted to run an independent, reliable, and non-partisan investigation.

Everywhere we turn, we run into nothing but sheer, utter incompetence. And the only remedy to this is to tell people to be more docile and compliant.
