You seem to be asserting that you have the power to project the known winning records of leaders who had extraordinary outcomes in certain circumstances onto completely different circumstances and predict outcomes-- in this case, very favorable outcomes. It's one shade removed from saying that Hoc Tan could lead a professional sports team just because of his winning personality.

Easy to see what happened in the past. Can you give us some insight into the future?
