Agree and we are out of time IMO. At this point I'd vote to sell the company via Gentex stock swap but first get Eyal off our BOD. Gauzy is in a financial tailspin. They can recover but SPD is too small a percentage of total business for them to focus on as they need to drive sales with other business segments to pull out of the dive. I'd take something like 1 GNTX share for every 8 REFR. Gauzy could sell the film plant in Germany on the cheap, raise a little cash. Maybe GNTX would be interested and can certainly do better winning business with the technology vs. what we have witnessed for the last 10+yrs.

view was needing 300 million a year to live

gauzy needs 50 million a year to live and got it from 1 guy....i guess 50 million but no knowing closer because they skipped the quarterly report

these are galaxies apart if talking about raising money...

all companies have to be profitable in order not to raise as we know...some companies need to raise a gold mine each year of funds, not great situations for some
