If that's the case then I rattled some cages when I told them that what they are requesting may be illegal and slammed the telephone down on them! How did you get restricted share information from the TA. That's not suppose to be revealed to the public. The only thing the TA can give you is the total outstanding and issued and not a breakdown of insider shares! That's inside information! I just got off of the phone with the transfer agent (thanks for the # in that previous post!) Total Outstanding Shares: 44,262,263 of that 22,079,910 are Restricted Shares and 22,182,353 are Free Trading Shares Of the free trading shares it is not know how many are tightly held, and therefore not trading.....
