My SI is very slow so far. Sometimes 20-30 seconds to switch pages

si is back where it was a week or two ago. it never really improved more than a day or two. now i get timed out , no response, it is just terrible and we have been experiencing this on going for quite some time. I assume equipment needs to be replaced but maybe they don't have the maintenance money????? i never have this problem with all the sites on my system only SI.
