Yes, you were right in saying it is not a raise technically....I see it as a raise for all intents and purposes as they were sued for not paying people and I believe this credit will be used to fill some lacks in cash to suppliers etc just as the money would be used in same manner if a true cash raise...i explained my thoughts more in last 2 posts so won't repeat...

Maybe they will be profitable or are now last Q, that would be great but i do not think that will be the case...maybe they can be soon though, i am not writing them off as a company, just being honest about the whole...

it is debt acquired as we know...debt brings cash to a company short term as does a true raise...
