Just lucky, I guess. A newsletter writer told me he had heard there was some legal activity going on. I am not sure if it was an individual lawsuit or some kind of official look-see.

ran across this today..it is in the National Audubon Society Field
Guide to North American Rocks and Minerals. copyright 1979,1995.
