Jim look at it. They are going to collect a royalty. They aren't making anything. They aren't developing anything. They packaged some prototype together parts made elsewhere and sold it. Now they have given it to the customer and said pay a couple percent on the mfg cost of each one you contract for. Big deal.

Yes, and the billboards have previously been characterized as an outgrowth of the FED research which was until recently (if we believe a recent release) unable to be built with a fine enough texture for flat panels, but was OK for the grosser billboard app.

Maybe they just screwed up in their PR. If they didn't, they've been hiding the ball and I for one am pissed.
