I did listen to him too, Boston Blackie was one of my favourites, Did you watch the CBC late show on Saturdays nights? the intro had waves on sand. I watched many great old black and white movies. One night my parents were out I was in the kitchen when I heard the sound of wolves or some animal, scared the crap out of me so much I grabbed a butcher knife before I went back to the living room. felt foolish when I found it was some movie playing on the TV
