I do think that's entirely warranted from my review of monthly technicals, astonishing as that may seem.

For many to most individual issues, price retreated from well above the monthly 3sd band, to just inside of it, often to the limit of the 2sd band.

That excursion was grounds for a Risk Management move, for sure.
