This is the first time I have been completely unable to trade any listed stock. However, there have been many times that a trade doesn't go through at all, or takes forever to fill. NASDAQ trades are excellent with Datek though. In all fairness, there are some pluses for using Datek on listed stocks. Specifically, they always seem to have shares to short, even obscure ADRs! And they are still faster than my previous broker - Aufhouser which is now Ameritrade. There must be an online broker who trades NYSE as well as Datek trades NASDAQ.
