I have heard that the average expectation for the report is $.19, which is no change from a year ago. If this is what is actually reported (i.e., two straight quarters of little or now profit growth), then how can even the current price be justified, much less an increase. Remember that the current P/E is 36, as reported by Yahoo. Further, I have seen market growth estimates of 20-25% annually. So even if Oracle gets profits growing (but not more than 20%), it would seem that the current price is still too high for a while. I would really expect a period of relatively no growth over much of the next year.
