actually i did not take your response to mean you were upset, but i guessed you had run into this previously, and it was not directed at me. i have very much appreciated you comments and information, and also thank you for the email. my comment about tums was an attempt at humor, i probably should have warned first that i was about to deploy humor, as my wife fondly reminds me. and for those who have not read the stockholder rights plan sec.gov
