The reason AW called me is because I used to have an account with them and they know me. For various reasons they don't want to post on the thread themselves, and have asked me in the past to clarify their positions on things for the thread since they don't post. I am not connected with them in any way, and pulled my account because of various complaints I have about them. I am only posting their statement because I felt they had a right to have their side viewed, especially in light of the fact that I was doing some of the heaviest AW bashing today. In thinking about it, I suppose it makes sense they would follow the thread. Being a MM it might help them plan because it gives them a pulse on investor sentiment. If I were an MM I would read it.
