taxi! I'm writing from Istanbul, where I'm at a a tortorously b-o-r-i-n-g meeting of the Central Asia/Turkey telecom ministers. Great line at today's session: "There's more oil beneath the Caspian than water in it. The Baku Oil Conference, in June, is already way oversold --- extra coms being put in, not a hotel room in the country. Off to beautiful Almaty Saturday.
