Yes. No news likely Steak. However, from what I've read regarding prior PDACs the recipients of funds receive notice of grants well in advance of the conference. Despite knowing this, Moe was legally able to purchase shares because the contracts aren't signed until PDAC. The release of the Strategic Reset Letter also was a few days ago, and as such, he can show confidence to the market by buying shares publicly and legally. My gut says no news till PDAC, unless something genuinely unexpected happens. So we're highly likely to be in non compliance come month's end. At present the government would be helping Zentek prepare it's news release. Again, until signed, not material.
