Sometimes I think the big numbers and all of the hype in the market these days must confuse people. Let's say there was a local business that was selling $100,000 worth of stuff and earning about $18,000 dollars a year for the owner. Of course, the owner says that some day those numbers are going to be much higher. How many people would be willing to pay $2 million for that business ? What amount of future earnings would have to be anticipated to buy the business for $2 million ? How sure would a person have to be that those earnings would actually happen to pay $2 million ? Is any price too high for this stock ? At over 20 times sales and 100 times earnings I think it is ridiculously priced. WS
