Chordiant has interesting technology for complex inbound call centers, but very weak in outbound capabilities and high transaction based call centers. Also, they're CORBA and will thus have a hard time in MS-centric companies. I think they'll go after PEGA's market. They're the latest pretty face in the CIS market with a lot of VC and fanfare to do an IPO in 12 mo's. Let's see how they deliver, MCI is certainly a good start.

Hey Still, a suggestion: post links to long press releases, rather than the text itself. Specially if you post the same thing on multiple threads. Makes it easier to download/read.
