The odds of another Carrington Event happening in the next 50 years are infinitesimal, particularly compared to the odds of major damage and disruption caused by human-induced global warming.

Keep your focus on phenomena we can do something about.

With respect, worrying about this is like worrying about your house being struck by a meteorite compared to the risks from not replacing the batteries on your smoke alarms when they reach the end of their life.
