Good post Brad. Since I had already heard or surmised most of these points, I didn't realize how much substance was actually in the call until seeing it in black and white. Thanx for posting. Be careful out there.

Brad, Just keep in mind that there will be dilution when they start using their Line of credit. Ira's response to me was "some warrant, options and convertibles" without a further breakdown of the agreement I would be in the same frame of mind as Omnichrome....be careful other than my LOC worry I think this stock has some great potential once they get all their ducks in a row. happy investing Buster >They have NO convertible shares out. >They DO NOT have any plans for any private placements of any kind. >They DO NOT plan any further dilution.
