I was wondering when this thread would pop up on SI. I spoke with IR and everything you all are thinking is true. This stock did not start trading until January!!!! NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT!!!! This is a private company that is now going public to increase its market cap, eventually raise the share price significantly and leverage that increased value into further financing for further growth. This company is making an excellent move. Their earnings over the last 3 years are so solid, they should have no trouble attracting investors to this play. You have asked the best question about this stock: is it so low because nobody has picked it up yet? YESSSSSSSS!!!!!! Just starting to get attention and IR should begin turbocharging investor relations and pr over the next few weeks. I simply can't believe this stock is trading where it is. My understanding of the decline from its introduction is that the company was a shell bought out through a merger transaction. The new shareholders had no clue what this company was about and many took the opportunity to sell their shares into the MMs hands. Looks like she has settled out now and once the public sees what a great VALUE this is, they will always go for the best value. Demonstrated strong eps, demonstrated strong earnings growth, and a kickass balance sheet. C'mon people!!!!!!! I tried to underbid the ask before too and they screwed me. So I said screw it and bought at the ask. IR says it will be bringing in new market makers soon. I look forward to that. That should tighten the spread and keep the current MMs honest. Onwards to $2 . . . then $3 . . . then let's keep going!!!!!! Great timing on this one!!!! I am in a bunch!!!!! What an exciting opportunity!!!!! Just before this company gets found out. Call Sitra.
