Dear Doug: I am sorry but I am just not smart enough to tell you how COHR would perform in a 15% general market sell off. Since it is currently priced more conservatively than its competitor CYMI I would think that it would hold up better. On the other hand if there is a general market decline, as you say, a sinking tide must reduce all boats just as a rising tide tends to raise them. I am not into COHR for short term profits but rather I feel it is a value play in its field and is destined over time to yield better than average results. JDN
