I've been following this on MSNOW. Some of the camps are several times biger tyhan the towns where they will be located. Mostly the discussion has ben about how the infrastructure can't handle the population; sewage treatment, for instance. It also means a big prison support staff. Where will they be housed? How many rentals in a town of 5000? How many homes for sale? Do they expect citizens to quarter guards? U.S. Constitution - Third Amendment \| Library of Congress No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
