To All,

If you've traded stocks for a while, which I and most of you have, youv'e come to know that upgrades and downgrades are strictly manipulations to get in or out of the particular stock at the best possible price by the upgrading or downgrading firm. Just look at Kerlak of Merrill Lynch, he upgrades and downgrades the same stock on an almost 2-3 monthe schedule and the market jumps when he talks. I truly believe an analyst can move some of their brokerage house money and"big player" clients in and out of a particular stock at optimum prices by upgrades and downgrades.

As for CPQ, it's being played down for some big money buying at the right price. Nobody should be scared out of this stock, it's time will come soon and when the short squeeze comes this stock will be 45 before you can say GO!
