Henry, From the move on the stock price this morning, I have determined that the TA results that I posted last night may have been old as far as the amount of overhead that was left. I still stand by the "out of the woods" closing bid price of 2 9/16. I'll rest easier once we achieve that price.

I should listen to "my gut" more often. The MM are now paying the "ask" to get shares as not yet run the price. The best is yet to come.
