Not only that or Tildeing at windmills. My friend has confirmed that the characters he sent me in Email, which produced the tildes that lined up with the tops of the letters do not match the tildes produced in his Email program from the keyboard. The tilde apparently moves from alignment with the top of the letters to alignment with the middle off the letters. Y is that. Ed, you are in deep deep doo doo here, you got some explaining to do. Tildes from my Eudora (lined up along the top ) Ltd~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Tildes from my keyboard ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The above two lines of tildes appear to be different when I am editing the message. As soon as they are posted they will appear to be the same. The top line of tildes was produced by pasting Ed's "y" attack to SI. I still see "y's" at this link below, what do you see ???? #reply-3546756
