A few more excerpts from the Fortune article:
"The adverse events they experienced included a racing heart, dizziness, and low blood pressure. Asked about that, Podolski acknowledges that the men were dropped from the trial and that a racing heart was the most common side effect. But, contends Podoloski, "these weren't serious events."
My response, "What insurance company would offer product liability to a company marketing a drug that causes a racing heart, dizziness, and low blood pressure?"

There will be no NDA filing.

Zonagen will not file an NDA because Zonagen does not have anything to file with. Vasomax is a sham - plain and simple.

Zonagen is a fraud and a scam, and Joe Podolski is - and always has been - a filthy crook.
