Pugs, Why does Morgan have 15 days to disclose after receipt of the money?? Is this a Reg S placement?? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but a restricted private placement doesn't have to be disclosed, Right?? Given the changes to Reg S, any off-shore placement has to be disclosed 15 days after being completed before the 40 restriction is lifted and the shares able to be sold. I would appreciate your shooting straight "from the hip" regarding this as well. Regards, Ron
