Larry:

Naxos is building a testing infrastructure. There are four test labs that are on line, or have agreed to do tests for Naxos. The process lab has twelve 25 foot intersection samples prepared for testing. Each one of the samples takes about a day for the process lab to prepare. These samples are from two holes that are roughly a half mile apart. The goal of Naxos is to have multiple labs testing Chain Of Custody Franklin Lake material to build the strongest case possible. Testing is ongoing. Dr. Johnson has a high degree of confidence in the process. The intent of the extensions is to allow time until more numbers become available.

The plan is to have these labs doing assays on a regular basis and as the numbers come in to build a composite picture of Franklin Lake to depth. The permits for the next drill program number over 200. The largest previous drill program was 22 holes. This is a quantum jump in the number of holes available to be drilled.

Regards,

Kim W.
