My theory is that Bob is kidding. It's scary to think someone could really plunk down his retirement fund into a penny stock -- yeesh! I want to give anyone the benefit of a doubt once or twice. If Bob is a decoy we'll see it later on. Until then I am assuming he is real person that recently got a big inheritance. Note the reference to inheritance tax in his most recent post.
