Good evening folks,

Well, I finally was able to gain access to the Feb. Wallstreet forum presentation. I would HIGHLY rec. everyone listen to the presentation!!! Here are a couple of interesting points:

1) By the Fall Comdex show, you will see a number of PC platforms showing this technology as a motherboard(sp) application.

2) Wave expects to ship ~4-6 million units in 1999
3) You will see that this will be one of the key technologies in the PC space over 1998
4) Someone asked the following question: If it only adds $4/PC then why aren't PC companies stumbling over one another to get you onto their motherboards? Answ. THEY ARE NOW THAT WE HAVE THE FIRST PC MANUFACTURER ON BOARD
5) Do you have contracts that specify IBM will utilize your chips?(something like that) Answ. YES WE DO. THEY (IBM) HAVE SIGNED CONTRACTS THAT HAVE PRE-SET MINIMUM QUATITIES THAT THEY HAVE TO UTILIZE .

I would strongly urge everyone to listen to the presentation for themselves!!

Sincerely,

Jas

I increased yesterday another 2000 shares. Tried for three days to get 1.14 and finally succumbed to 1.155. Figures we go to 1.10 today.

There does appear to be some strong price support at this current level of trading.
