Hey, guys. This must be good news, because I sold just a couple of days before.(gg) A reverse split for SUNY at 1:3 is supposed to result in 4.3 mil shares outstanding for Sunlight, per their new release; but they also say that they are issuing 7.2 mil POST-SPLIT common shares to INCE, valued at $13mm. How can that be? They must mean that Sunlight float will be 4.3 mil shares? Counting preferred convertible shares, INCE gets really 14.5 mil shares valued at 26 mil, or about .90/share. If you divide 26 mil by 65 mil, it seems to indicate that INCE shares should have appreciated by about .40/share.
That is a lot higher than it closed today. So, this seems to be a positive to me. No info on the distribution of those shares. They will probably be paid to investors in the 4th quarter of the new millennium (gg). Comments?
