The stock action of CPQ was concerning for quite some days with all that churning and no price movement. And now there is some story behind the action. Since the management has to be quite for a while following the merger, the shorts are going to have a great time. So, I am stocking up on dog food to take care of yet another dog in my portfolio (the other being COMS) for a while. Another downgrade like this in the next few days will kill the CPQ stock as there is an alternative for the MMs to pile on to further, namely DELL. -hitesh
