I know Stephen, but so far his calls have been pretty good so I thought I would post for general thread info. He also thinks Dell will accelerate on the upside over the next few weeks as the market realizes what is going on. If that is the case, Dell's market cap will shortly exceed CPQ's. I don't expect CPQ to roll over and play dead, but it looks as if we will have to wait till further merger guidance appears. If this inventory stuff does pan out however, and given the way CPQ has been trading, I think we could see the twenties again on a market pullback. Pretty crappy action for the PC market leader, isn't it?

John

Last week it was LLY downgrade today CPQ.
Analyst downgraded Eli-Lilly for no good reason only to have LLY
RECOVER 5 POINTS. Today it's Compaq buy on weakness.
