We are talking about Japanese law and a Japanese company subsidiary trading in a US stock is not a violation of US law.

TBB, Sanker has his problems from time to time. Originally he thought Softbank was a real bank. Then he started ranting about Softbank pumping Hilium into YHOO. IMO he's okay for a few laughs now and then, but he's harmless.
