The announcements by both companies sure looks good to me. I can't see them putting this type of deal out unless they have some good results. It is interesting and perhaps only a coincidence that the trade date of March 4th is the same date as the next land sale. I wonder if we might get some actual info next week some time. Be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow.
